Cassyette teases new single ‘Boom’ and ‘Picture Perfect’ at her London headline show!

Cassyette came back to London with a bang, after selling out Camden’s legendary The Underworld back in February, in less than a year, she sold out o2 Academy Islington. Her setlist was crafted of many songs that she has not yet released, the crowd nonetheless knew many of the songs, most of them seeing her live multiple dates of the Sad Girl Summer Tour. With a stellar line up, Crashface joined the tour with fellow punk-star rapper Kid Bookie.

Outgoing and Outraged, Kid Bookie took to the stage, unapologetically angry, and raring to put on a show. Recently collabing with Slipknot's Corey Taylor, on his newest release ‘Cheaper Than Therapy’. It’s not easy to describe the type of music Bookie makes, it’s genre deflecting in the best ways.

Cassyette opened the show with her unreleased track ‘picture perfect’ a song where she describes the need to feel ‘picture perfect’ all the time when in reality she's feeling the exact opposite, a feeling that many people resonate with, feeling like they have to act a certain way when they don’t even feel like leaving the house. BOOM comes out with a bang, a heavier electronic sound to Cassyette’s usual nu metal-pop mix.

Cassyette came out after the show to meet everyone waiting for her after the show before she had to jump in her van and travel to meet SUM41 on the European tour.
