It’s been over a year since Heart Attack Man was last in the UK and with a new album out this set was the perfect opportunity to showcase new music not just to any existing fans in the room, but to potential new ones. Opening with Laughing Without Smiling, one of their new tracks, the band immediately took control of the stage. The high paced set which mainly focused on the newer album tracks also has a good mix of older fan favourite songs. With constant movement and energy from the band on stage, to the multiple crowd surfers and stage divers they built up the excitement for the rest of the night, and with the announcement that they will be headlining the same venue later this year they have guaranteed many people will return.

South by Southwest has officially arrived in the UK. For the first time in its storied history, the internationally renowned festival has landed in London, transforming Shoreditch into a week-long hub for music, film, tech and culture. Running from June 2nd to 7th, SXSW London is bringing together creatives from across the globe to share ideas, perform live, and premiere original work across hundreds of venues, screens, and stages.
